Our ticket app is now in beta!

Our new Erskine Support Ticket system, fully integrated with Basecamp, launches to our clients today, and forms a major part of our new “client service charter”. Read on for a couple of preview screens and a video.

Erskine Ticket System

We love the Basecamp project management system - have done for years - but it lacks a few key features, such as ticketing. Our main goal therefore is to ensure all those client requests are easily categorized as Bug, Feature or Request. This naturally translates easily into work for invoicing, work on contract, work for future phases etc.

We know there are a few existing Basecamp-integrated ticket tools, but we think this one (designed to cope with demanding client teams on large or small projects) has that little something extra that will make it helpful to any serious agencies or freelancers out there. Therefore, we may well release this publicly in the near future. Stay tuned!
