Vicky Twycross
Vicky joined Erskine following a career in hotel management. She rides shotgun on all our project administration.
On two occasions she led teams to open new hotels, both of which achieved Investors in People accreditation within 12 months of opening.
Vicky is a key team player with incredible attention to detail. She is totally focused on customer service and a very practical thinker. She employs these skills when managing projects and developing internal systems which ensures the efficient, timely and organised achievement of both client and company objectives. A key developing responsibility has been the development of the Erskine / client online library and discussion forums.
